Sheriff Derek R. Osborne founded the Sheriff Osborne Hero Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, to uphold the values of Honor, Pride, and Integrity within the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office and among other first responder agencies within Tompkins County, N.Y.

 

The Foundation is committed to advancing the vital work of first responders, supporting their well-being and resilience, and fostering a positive and rewarding work environment.

 

We are dedicated to recognizing the contributions of our first responders, offering opportunities for professional development, and providing the necessary equipment to enhance their effectiveness and ease their work, ultimately empowering them to best serve our community!
